The SGU Leadership Program is designed to educate each student in learning about leadership principles and identifying the various types of leadership styles.  The program is designed for emerging and senior leaders.   Leadership is not defined by a title.  It is the ability of an individual to "lead", influence, or guide other individuals, teams, or entire organizations.
