Church administration gives church administrators the tools and skill to effectively steward God’s resources for the accomplishment of the work of ministry.  Church administration or management has to do with the organization of church ministry and the business operations of ministry. Administration is not an end in itself, but rather it is a means for serving people effectively, while making efficient use of resources in a manner that glorifies God through the ministry.  Church Administration Breaks Down the “Silo Mentality" and creates internal and external alliances of the ministry.
