• Church Administration & Management 

  • Why is the administration of Christian ministry important in the local church?  In I Corinthians 12:28, the gift of administration is listed among the spiritual gifts.  In I Corinthians 14:40, we read that “everything should be done in a fitting and orderly way.”  This certificate concentrates on the development of administrative skills and church management needed to effectively administrate and manage staff in ministry and/or adequately execute and undergird the vision. The resources gained will assist church administration in their task of adding clarity, order, and control to church organizations so that people are better equipped to serve in a way that honors God.   The tuition for this program is $375.

• Project Management

  • Project management is the practice of initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing the work of a team to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria at the specified time. The primary challenge of project management is to achieve all of the project goals within the given constraints.  This program includes four courses.  The tuition is $500.

• Leadership

  • Leadership is necessary no matter what area you operate.  This program teaches essential leadership skills and unwraps the various leadership styles.  The program consists of four courses and the tuition is $500.

• Non-Profit & Church Accounting

  • This certificate concentrates on accounting specific to the non-prophet & church industry.  Deal with treasury matters, contributions, record keeping, church audits, reporting, and requirements for building your financial team. The program consists of five classes and the tuition is $625.
